These Terms of Service govern your use of the roofingcontractorsnampa.com website and any services provided by Bork Nampa Roofing Contractors, an Idaho contractor registered as RCE-6110. By using our website or engaging us for roofing services, you agree to these terms.

Use of Website

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes about roofing services in Nampa and Canyon County, Idaho. You may browse, share, and reference our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish our content without written permission.

Free Inspections & Estimates

We offer free 21-point roof inspections and written estimates with no obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted and are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Latent or concealed conditions discovered during work may require change orders.

Services & Workmanship

All roofing work is performed by Bork-employed crews licensed under Idaho Contractor Registration RCE-6110, fully insured with $1M general liability and workers compensation, and certified by GAF and Owens Corning. Workmanship warranties and manufacturer system warranties are documented in your project agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards. For insurance claim work, we never collect more than your deductible plus approved insurance proceeds.

Limitation of Liability

Information on this website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bork Nampa Roofing Contractors is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for our roofing services is governed exclusively by your written project agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Canyon County, Idaho.
